Considerate, kind, caring and competent. As a single
parent of a 16 year old new driver, what more could I ask for? I
need to know my vehicles will be safe and what repairs or
preventive maintenance work needs to be done now versus what can
wait a bit.

I want my vehicles to not just start and stop when I need
them to, but continue to run well long after that final car
payment. We know you can help make that happen and do!

Your honesty has earned my trust! I don’t have to second
guess your recommendations. It’s comforting to know that you
will do what you say you will do and most of all you help me to
better understand the value of preventive maintenance on my
vehicles. Love the loaner vehicles and the Car Care club.

What is your overall feeling about our company?
I trust Miller Brothers as much as my wife. Scott has been my
mechanic for years, even before he became a receptionist.
Aaron’s charisma makes me wish I had more cars to maintain.
These gentlemen are fairer than the umpires in the National
Baseball League. If these guys were financial managers they
would have my entire portfolio.

Months after Miller Brothers replaced a master cylinder in my
Chevy truck, the part failed. Miller Brothers replaced the part
for free, charged zip, nada, nothing for labor, gave me a loaner
for a few days (over the weekend) and had me back working before
I knew what happened. It was like a dream.

necessary.

estimates are accurate. The work is guaranteed and done
efficiently.

What is your overall feeling about our
company?
Miller Brothers Auto provides me with a feeling of trust and
worthiness. When I leave my car in their capable hands, whether
for a straight forward oil change or complicated mechanical or
electrical problems, I don’t worry that the problem will
escalate into more and larger ones. Their recommendations and
preventive maintenance plans keep my car rolling along.

The turn signals on my car stopped working shortly after the
bulbs were changed. Miller Brothers investigated the situation
and discovered that the manufacturer had a factory recall on the
parts. Miller Brothers repaired the problem and saved me money.

Communication – I have no surprises awaiting me when I come to
pick up my car and pay the bill. Miller Brothers stays in
touch with me while servicing my car.
- A reliable
vehicle – This is the most important benefit of all. Whether
for short trips in the area or long distances for work,
knowing that I can depend on my car and it’s safety are of the
top priority. Miller Brothers maintain it in top notch running
condition.

pleased with offer to follow up if I was not happy with truck’s
performance after the repair.

After hitting a deer that had been lying in the road, Miller
Brothers correctly diagnosed my strut-bearing had been damaged.
Neither the insurance adjuster nor the body shop got it right. I
used Miller Brothers inspection to get them to address the real
problem. Aaron even took pictures of the damage for me as proof

that would not “take me for a ride”. Friends recommended Miller
Brothers. For nearly 5 years now I have been very satisfies with
their work and careful explanations of work before they

Trustworthy, reliable and provides excellent customer service.
Not cheap, but definitely worth the money.

There are two:
- After
replacing the cylinder head on my car, the thermostat did not
work properly. Miller replaced it at no charge.
- I had been
having problems with clogging parking brake cables. After
replacing them several times with aftermarket parts without
success, miller finally replaced them with OEM cables at no
charge.

- The
thourough inspections everytime I bring in my car and the
recommendations. This allows me to plan ahead – especially
when you drive old cars like me!
- The fact
that I am able to speak directly to the person that worked on
my car if I have any questions strengthens the trust I have in
the company.
- The staff
always makes me feel welcome, not just another customer.

company?
Excellent service. Also, when I have needed quick quick service
I have been wonderfully served. The new building is a wonderful
asset with a waiting room, coffee, and a cheerful staff. Keep up
the great work!!

Once, when driving back from Minneapolis, I began hearing a
grinding noise. I called Miller Brothers and was told to drive
right in. they replaced a car that was being worked on with mine
and I was on my way home and hour later, job done almost
instantly.

Reliability; knowing I can get almost instant service and the
job will be done right the first time.
- Knowing my
wife’s car can get quickly fixed and she will not need to miss
work. A loaner car is often made available to us when
necessary.
- I got
475,000 miles on a Chevrolet Blazer and now have over 270,000
on a Chevrolet Prism, original motors in both vehicles.
- I am
physically disabled and know that Miller Brothers will pick up
and drop off my car if necessary.

What is your overall feeling about our
company?
Obviously very good or I wouldn’t keep coming back. I appreciate
the honesty and integrity of the shop especially when I want
specific answers to repairs I may need.

The most recent, when brake shoes were needed on my
car Pat reminded me about the flyer I had received for free
brake shoes or pads. I didn’t have the flier with me but the
work was still done the same day and I was able to save money
and bring the flier in to him the following day.
